Who We Are
The Bi-State Literacy Council is a non-profit organization that is a coalition of representatives that have recognized they can better fight illiteracy in the community by partnering together .
Our Mission
The Bi-State Literacy Council's mission is to lead the challenge in overcoming illiteracy in all of its forms through advocacy, education, awareness, and empowerment.
Who We Serve
The Bi-State Literacy Council serves three counties in Iowa: Scott, Clinton, and Muscatine; and three counties in Illinois: Rock Island, Henry, and Mercer.
