RSVP volunteers assist children and families with limited English speaking ability.

Boys and Girls Club of the Mississippi Valley
The Power Hour program serves the K-12 reading level, and children ages 6 to 16.

Black Hawk College Literacy Program
Serves persons 16 years of age to adult who read below the 9th grade level.

Christian Friendliness
Servers 3rd through 5th grade Washington Elementary students.

Project NOW:
Headstart Preschool
Program serves children ages 3-6 from low income households or with disabilities.

LIFE Program
Tutoring for adults 16 years of age and older at the reading level of 9th grade and below.

Lights ON
Serves students and adults who are not meeting state academic standards in reading.

Moline School District #40
Literacy programs on location at schools K-12 in the Moline School District.

The Literacy Connection
Serves at-risk students in grades 1-4 at Washington Elementary School in Moline, Illinois.

Sylvan Learning Center
Offers services for K-12. Provides basic reading skills, stratedgic readding skills, and advanced reading skills.
