Council Annual Recognition Breakfast
The Bi-State Literacy Council
Annual Recognition Breakfast is held each spring
on the third Thursday in May. Breakfast is
followed by a keynote speaker, and then presentation
of the Council's annual awards and scholarships.
The Bi-State Literacy Council is
celebrating its 19th year in 2007.
It was incorporated as a non-profit organization in the State of Iowa in 1988.
The Bi-State Literacy Council serves the six counties of Scott, Clinton and Muscatine counties in Iowa, and Rock Island, Henry and Mercer counties in Illinois.
